Founder & CEO

Grace Hong is a strategy and operating executive with two decades of experience spanning financial services, technology, publishing, international development, and non-profit sectors. She is currently CEO of Parasol World (Parasol Partners, PARASOL, Parasol Music), Senior Advisor at the private equity firm TPG Global, Vice Chair of OpenSecrets, and Board Member of Save the Music.


As CEO of Parasol Partners, Grace is passionate about partnering with companies innovate, manage and develop talent, and streamline and manage their operations. The mission of the PARASOL group of organizations is to create a more conscious world through corporate consulting, community-building, and philanthropy.
